Russian Church celebrates the enthronement day of Patriarch Alexis II of Russia ( 10.06.2006 )

On 8 June 2006, the Russian Orthodox Church marked the 16th enthronement anniversary of Patriarch Alexis II of Moscow. After the Divine Liturgy in the cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow, the patriarch performed the Service of Supplication at the casket with the relics of the Forerunner and Baptist of the Lord, Saint John.
