Today on the feast of the Exaltation of the Precious and Life-giving Cross of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Metropolitan Nahum of Strumica celebrated Divine Liturgy in the monastery of Saint Anthony in Novo Selo. “If we truly desire to be His disciples, not merely by words but also by deeds, then just as He, our Leader, ascended the Cross, so should also we do. If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me” (Matt. (Elder Ephraim the Katounakiate)
