All-night Vigil ( 11.05.2006 )
Last night, in the chapel of Saints Gregory Palamas and Joseph the Spilaioti in the monastery in Vodoča, Metropolitan Nahum of Strumica performed an all-night Vigil.
“If you want to wash your defilement, bathe yourself with tears: they cleanse all defilement. All until you talk yourself hoarse cry out to Christ, ‘Master, save us, we are perishing!’ (Luke 8:24). Clean your heart of the ashes and kindle the fire that the Lord came to send on the earth: it will burn all corruption and make your gold pure, and the refinery practiced.
