Theophany ( 19.01.2006 )

Today, on the feast of the Theophany, metropolitan Nahum of Strumica celebrated Hierarch’s Divine Liturgy in the church of Saints Methodius and Cyril in Strumica. The faithful present at the Liturgy partook of the Holy mysteries of Christ.

“Christ’s human nature served as an opportunity for revelation of the Holy Trinity. Therefore, we celebrate the Theophany – the feast of Christ’s baptism – so solemnly: we celebrate the revelation of the Holy Trinity, for the voice of the Father was heard, and the Holy Spirit was also present in the form of a dove.” (V.
